MU1 Traditional Mixed-Use Zoning District

On Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., the Dilworth Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Community Center to potentially establish a new zoning district: MU1 Traditional Mixed-Use District. This new district will preserve the historical character of the area, continuing with the mixed-use nature which already exists. Below is an image of the area being considered for rezoning:
