The Clay County Resource Recovery Center (RRC) will make it easier for county residents to dispose of their waste efficiently and responsibly, all in one convenient location. The RRC will replace the current Moorhead Transfer Station, Household Hazardous Waste Facility, and the Clay County Electronics Recycling Facility. Residents will also be able to drop off their sorted household recycling.

Directions

1. Enter the facility from the South on 15th Ave N (34th St N is not an entrance).
2. Stop at white scale house to check in with attendant.
3. Follow orange arrows to the Residential Drive Through Drop Off Building. An attendant will assist with where materials should be placed.
4. Exit drive through building and follow blue arrows to the scale house.
5. Scale house attendant will check you out and take any needed payment.
6. Exit to 15th Ave N.
